Talking heads on TV have said that there could not be any sort of conspiracy of silence on the part of the government surrounding 9/11 since information about secret projects always leaks out. I counter:

• Plenty of information has already leaked about 9/11.
• The Manhattan Project maintained absolute secrecy until it was declassified.
• We only hear about projects that were declassified or where secrecy broke down. We don’t even know of the existence of the truly secret projects.
