Catholic Overstepping

The problem with the Catholic church is that it imagines itself the church of all mankind not just the church of all Catholics. They believe they have the right to impose their church dogmas (which are really just superstitions and opinions) on everyone. In particular, they think they have to right to impose their rules on homosexuality, birth control, abortion, end-of-life/euthanasia, stem cells, organ transplants and child molesting. These ideas have no reason to support them. They are merely religious dogmas/traditions. As such, they do not apply to non-Catholics any more than the rules of how the Catholic mass should be celebrated.
