Defeating Hunger

The main way humans control their weight is through hunger. When your stomach gets full, the pressure on its walls turns off your hunger. However, modern diets fool the mechanism with concentrated foods, e.g. fats and sugars and refined starches without fibre. So now, even sufficient food does not fill the stomach and turn off hunger. The obvious solution is to eat traditional foods — fruits and vegetable rich in bulking fibre.
