Easy Intelligence
The oldest hominid, Sahelanthropus tchadensis, lived about 7 million years ago in the Djurab Desert in Chad. It had a quite small brain case. DNA (Deoxyribonucleic Acid) replicates extremely accurately. There have been only a handful of successful mutations in the genes for the brain since then. This is good news for AI (Artificial Intelligence) researchers. It looks as though human intelligence required little more than growing various regions of the brain. This suggests, once we figure out how a mouse brain works, we will have nailed the theory. We will then have all we need in principle to create an intelligence superior to our own.
