I spent an afternoon with Kathleen Felix the head of Fonkoze. They have produced amazing results with very little money for the poor of Haiti, with education, aid and microcredit. Fonkoze are practical and grass roots. If you want to help Haiti, this is probably the most efficient way to do it.
