False Bragging

Chevrolet advertises that is planting enough trees to eventually offset 8 megatonnes (8.82 megatons) of CO₂. To put that in perspective, the cars GM (Genetically Modified) sold in 2010 produce 34 megatonnes (37.48 megatons) each year. They are compensating for 23% of the mess they make.
