Feigning Idiocy

I find it puzzling that women in particular affect babyish voices that suggest complete incompetence and terminally low IQ (Intelligence Quotient) to increase their sex appeal. Who wants a drooling idiot who can’t even plug in a toaster for themselves as a life companion?
