Deterring Unsafe Sex

I think there might be a lot less unsafe sex if people who were HIV (Human Immuno-deficiency Virus) + or who did not know their status thought to themselves If I have unsafe sex now, it will feel great, however, every time I think of this event ever again for the rest of my life, what is going to dominate my thoughts? remembrance of pleasant sensations or the regret and guilt that I might have killed my partner?
