Angela Merkel had to explain to Trump eleven times that Germany cannot make trade deals with the USA. All Germany’s trade deals are handled by the EU. It is shocking that Trump did not already know that. It is a clear indication of Alzheimer’s that he kept forgetting this simple fact.

Just listen to Trump. He babbles like a baby just learning English. He emits mostly meaningless drivel. The most likely cause for his decline in language ability is Alzheimer’s.
Alzheimer’s patients tend to repeat themselves. Trump usually repeats each phrase two or three times.

Trump clearly lives in his own make-believe reality. Possibly the problem is again Alzheimer’s. He can’t remember what really happened so he makes up his own dream world more to his liking. He doggedly insists on his version of events even when there are photos and video tapes contradicting him. He completely trusts his constructed memories even when they shift day by day.

His father, Fred Trump, developed Alzheimer’s, so the odds are Donald has already developed it too. If you had a friend who started talking like this, you would insist he see a neurologist. Trump did not used to be incoherent.
