Rational North Koreans

We forget President G W Bush’s SOTU (State Of The Union) speech — the axis of evil speech. He said he would eliminate three countries from the map: Iraq, Iran and North Korea. Iraq is pretty well rubble. It had no nukes. Iran and North Korea have nukes. They are still standing. I think we can trace our problems with Iran and North Korea to that speech. The axis of evil countries legitimately need nukes to fend off the USA. They believe if they give them up, the USA will level them, as W promised. That is a completely rational conclusion.
