Trump Lies

I am puzzled what is going on in Trumps head with his outrageous lying. He tells lies that can be debunked by millions of witnesses. He tells lies when there is videotape debunking his lie. He lies even when there is no advantage to lying; he lies just to keep his hand in. He refuses to admit his lies even when he is caught red-handed. He just keeps repeating his lies and claiming everyone disagreeing is lying as part of some giant conspiracy. What are the possible explanations:

1. Trump is a master liar. He gets a kick out of getting away with lies, at least fooling a sizable number of people, with a combination of skillful lying and accusing others. The Republican party is complicit in seconding his lies to give them credibility. The people who are fooled do no investigation. They simply believe what the echo chamber says.
2. Trump is delusional. He believes that he can create reality simply by speaking it into existence as if he were a god. People like Kellyanne Conway, with a straight face, repeat his insanities. Even people outside the cabinet like Mitch McConnell pretend to believe the delusions, out of a sense of loyalty.
3. To Trump, all lies are white lies so it does not matter if they are exposed. It is puzzling to Trump why anyone would care if his lies are true or not.

If Trump is delusional, we have an extremely serious situation. He has said I love war, including nuclear war. He said What is the point of having nuclear weapons if you don’t use them? He has also said he believes climate change to be a hoax concocted by China. By acting on either of these delusions he will end life on earth. I think that is more than sufficient justification to remove him from office by hook or by crook.

When pending nuclear war is the issue, the niceties of procedure no longer apply.
