Friend Like This

I opposed the Defense of Marriage Act in 1996. It should be repealed and I will vote for its repeal on the Senate floor. I will also oppose any proposal to amend the U.S. Constitution to ban gays and lesbians from marrying.

He is worse than other Christian bigots because he pretended to favour gay civil rights. He has done nothing for equal gay rights. He even appealed the nullification of don’t Ask don’t Tell after claiming he wanted to abolish DADT (Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell).
