A free clipboard manager. The current version is 3.21.223.0 Last revised/verified: 2018-02-06. This is what I use myself. It has never crashed or lost connection to the Windows clipboard. It keeps its clips in a persistent database. It lets you configure hot-keys to get at elements other than at the top of stack. This feature is turned off by default. In the Keyboard Shortcuts section, you must assign keystroke just by hitting them as you would to use them e.g. Ctrl-2. You must also click send-paste on.

Limitations

• You cannot manipulate the stack, e.g. DUP, DROP, SWAP or ROT. These would be trivial to implement as optional shortcut keys having the same meaning they do in Forth.
• There is no macro recording of keystrokes. You can only paste clips, not keystrokes.
• It has a number of features I have not figured out and probably never will until someone writes a tutorial. but it is still useful with just the basic copy/paste multiple clips. Writing a tutorial would be a great public service project for someone with weak programming skills.
• The authors did not respond to any of my emails.

Tips

• To get at the options menu click show hidden icons (the triangle at the right of the task bar). Then click the blue circle. Then click the three vertical dots in the bottom right.
