JCP (Java Community Process). The open process that Oracle uses to develop and revise Java technology specifications in cooperation with the international Java community.

Also JCP (Java Control Panel), where you can configure such things as where the Java Applet console in a browser should be configurable and how much security you want. You can view it with start ⇒ Control Panel ⇒ Programs ⇒ Java.
