NQL
NQL (Network Query Language). A stack based language for writing : intelligent agents, bots, spiders, middleware and web application. Neural nets are built-in. NQL supportss HTTP (Hypertext Transfer Protocol) and HTTPS (Hypertext Transfer Protocol over SSL (Secure Socket Layer)) for web access; FTP (File Transfer Protocol) for moving files; MAPI (Messaging API), POP3 (Post Office Protocol version 3) and SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol) for sending and reading e-mail; ODBC (Open Data Base Connectivity), JDBC (Java Data Base Connectivity), OLEDB and ADO for database access; NNTP (Network News Transfer Protocol) for reading newsgroups; LDAP (Lightweight Directory Access Protocol) for accessing directory servers; SNMP (Simple Network Management Protocol) for network monitoring; and TELNET for interacting with legacy systems.

NQL allows programmers to develop bots, intelligent agents, middleware and Web applications in a fraction of the time it would ordinarily take. CD-ROM contains a 60-day-timeout version of NQL in both Windows and Java (Linux and Macintosh) formats.
