Wallpaper is stored in many places, but wallpaper captured with Opera is stored in C:\Users\user\Pictures\*.bmp.
I would recommend avoiding the Bing Dynamic wallpaper. For me it got stuck on one image, then went black. I could not find any way to get rid of it short of reinstalling Windows 7.
Avoid wallpaper than is mostly white or near white. Since the writing under the icons is white, there will be no contrast.
