I think you are one very brave person.

I would like to tell you how much I respect your love of whales and the sacrifice you attempted for them. I think you are very honourable. I miss your posts to the whale group but understand that there are people there who are very much part of the problem.

I wish you the very best of health and it would be devastating to lose you. Your life and effort is recognised by me and I wish I had your courage.

Please stick around for as long as possible, you are cherished.

[I gather you saw Geneva Hagen’s article about my suicide protest to protect the whales from the Makah. I find the whole thing rather embarrassing since in the end, I did not carry through. I have asked my ISP (Internet Service Provider) to start carrying alt.whales and alt.animals.whales so I can rejoin the debate. Unfortunately the newsgroups are predominantly jeering people who want whales killed, unlike the general public.]
