DDR-SDRAM
Double Data Rate Synchronous Dynamic Random Access Memory. Also known an SDRAM II, or DDR-2 an enhanced form of SDRAM, that is both higher performance and lower power than standard SDRAM, making it appropriate for the latest portable devices. It is used in the better high end machines.
