| This a short easy read, dotted with cartoons. It is not just theory. It tells you exactly what to do, nothing difficult. This was a book the late Ken Keyes recommended. I found it very useful in taming my inner tyrant. Life is so much more relaxed and pleasant after taking its advice. It makes you aware of how you are far crueller to yourself than any enemy.
