Introduction

I tend naturally to be depressed. I often have trouble summoning the energy to get to my computer work or to do household tasks. Music can help get me going. Much of it is great dance or aerobics music too. I have asked people what their favourite upbeat music is. I only post names and artists here. You will have to buy or download the music elsewhere.
