b-boy: Bottom boy, someone who likes being screwed. Also butt-boy somebody who has a muscular bubble butt and likes getting fucked. It may have a connotation of prostitution?? In black slang, someone likes break or hip-hop dancing, often with moves with the hands on the floor, and spinning on the head or back.
