ecstasy: an illegal drug that makes people more trusting, and sometimes causes death by overheating/dehydration, and rarely heart attacks. Technically known an MDMA (3,4-Methylenedioxy-N-Methylamphetamine). As is common with street drugs, all manner of drugs and poisons are sold as ecstacy.
