MTF: Male To Female. A person undergoing a change of biological gender identity from male to female. They may be at any stage of the process. The process may include taking female hormones, breast augmentation, converting the penis to a vagina, hair removal, speech training and facial surgery. Such people internally feel female, and may be sexually attracted to either males, females or both.
