JSR
JSR (Java Specification Request). The way you formally make requests for changes to the Java language or Java technology generally. Unfortunately, you have to pay $5000.00 USD a year for the privilege of having your ideas read, something called a JSPA (Java Specification Participation Agreement) agreement.
