PicoJava
The smallest of the Sun Java silicon chips. It ran too hot, (took too much electricity) and the project was discontinued, though I think they took another run at it with the Picojava II. Wolfgang Puffitsch implemented PicoJava in an FPGA. You can find more info on that at:
