super VGA
SVGA (Super Video Graphics Array). This is the sort of Video card that DOS (Disk Operating System) used. Windows emulates it in software for the benefit of legacy DOS programs. Video cards support it for setting the BIOS (Basic Input Output System) option when the machine first boots before GUI (Graphic User Interface) drivers are loaded.
